The City of Capitola is examining options to and repair damage to the Depot Hill cliffs. Damage to the bluffs from last winter’s storms was extensive, and has caused the city to close the Grand Avenue foot path. At this time public works is looking into cost effective solutions to stabilize the area until a repair solution is picked and financed.
