The Capitola City Council will examine a hotel proposal at its Thursday meeting this week. The Conceptual Review of an 88-room hotel including banquet space, lounge, swimming pool, along with 92 onsite parking spaces will be presented by Swenson Builder on behalf of the Green Valley Corporation. The meeting takes place at 7 p-m, in council chambers at 420 Capitola Avenue.
