A Capitola man was arrested this week after he allegedly burglarized a home in the live oak area of Santa Cruz, and stole an occupied truck. 32 year-old Manuel Hernandez Pena later wrecked that same vehicle. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. He faces possible charges of car-jacking, burglary, and a parole violation.
