Cannabis Sales May Come to PG 10-03-19 14:54 DC 4

The Pacific Grove City Council this week voted to reconsider the city’s current ban on cannabis businesses in the city. The 6-to-1 vote in favor of putting the issue onto a future agenda came after the council considered a report outlining the benefits of allowing cannabis businesses in the city.

Those benefits include revenue, jobs and a reduction in the illegal cannabis trade. The Pacific Grove ban has been effect since marijuana became legal in California in 2017.
