A woman reported missing in last years Camp Fire has been located. 47 year old Wendy Carroll was spotted by Butte County deputies in Oroville on Thursday. Carroll reportedly was aware of her missing status, but had failed to contact authorities due to possible legal issues. There is now still one person unaccounted for in the Camp Fire, anyone who has any information on 51 year old Sara Martinez-Fabila is asked to contact authorities.
