A project to resurface Highway 1 from the North Aptos undercrossing to the junction with State Route 9 continues with overnight closures of the Fishhook starting Sunday night, October 20. Roadwork for this stage is as follows:
- The northbound connector ramps at the Fishhook will be completely closed overnight from 9 pm to 5 am on Sunday, October 20 through Thursday night, October 24 and from Sunday, October 27 through Thursday night, October 31.
- The southbound connector ramps at the Fishhook will be completely closed overnight from 10 pm to 6 am on Sunday, October 27 through Thursday night, October 31.
Detours will be provided via construction (orange) signs.
Construction occurs each week Sunday night through Thursday morning from 9 pm until 6 am.
Electronic message boards will be activated to advise travelers about this roadwork.
