Overhill Farms Inc. is voluntarily recalling one of their frozen food products. Open Nature Chile Cheese Enchiladas have been recalled nation wide due to possible salmonella contamination. The product was sold from October 9th through December 1st at all Safeway owned stores with a best buy date of August 6th. Thus far, no illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall, and all consumers should discard this product or return it to the store for a full refund.
