THE STATE CURRENTLY OFFERS DRIVERS REBATES OF UP TO $2,500 TOWARD THE SALE OR LEASE OF PLUG-IN CARS. GOVERNOR JERRY BROWN HAS SET THE GOAL OF PUTTING 1.5 MILLION ZERO-EMISSION VEHICLES ON THE ROAD BY 2025.
