CalTrans District 5 is offering two $1,000 scholarships for college bound seniors in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito counties.
Employees of Cal-Trans District 5 started the scholarship program almost 20 years ag,o by holding bake sales in the employee cafeteria.
