california american water has promoted a local employee to the position of general manager for its monterey division. eric sabolsice has been the local division’s manager since 2009. he replaces craig anthony, whose last day on the job was last friday. sabolsice will be responsible for water production and distribution on the monterey peninsula, and overseeing customer service, water quality and safety.
