It looks like access to Martin’s Beach will remain open to the public, now that the California Supreme Court has rejected Vinod Khosla’s appeal to re-lock his gate. Khosla now has 90 days to appeal his case to the U.S. Supreme Court…although he can request a 60-day extension of that deadline.
