The California Rodeo – Salinas has been cancelled for this year. Initially organizers postponed the rodeo until October hoping the pandemic would have eased by then, however, due to the on-going restrictions, the 110 year-old event has now been officially cancelled. The dates for next year’s event are: July 15th through the 18th. The rodeo is the largest community event held in Monterey county…..and it is ranked 10th in the nation….out of more than 600 professional rodeos.
