Although President Trump wants the country to “open up”, and have everyone back in business (as normal) by Easter, officials in California (and some other state’s) Shelter-In-Place orders remain open-ended. A Monterey Public Health officer said that even if other orders are lifted, each state and county health officers ‘can take any action they deem necessary to protect public health’.
