A California bill aiming to raise the state minimum wage is making its way through the assembly.
AB 10 aims to raise the state minimum wage to 8.25 next year and then to 9.25 by 2016.
The Bill, introduced by Luis Alejo, passed the assembly and is now headed to the senate.
