Although the statewide Declaration Of Emergency will not end yet, the Executive Order has been signed that will lift most of the coronavirus rules on Tuesday. That mean’s that while the capacity limits and mask mandates for most businesses statewide will largely end, the governor will still have the power to alter, or suspend, state laws. Masks will still be required in some locations, such as in hospitals and on public transportation. Even though statewide rules will relax, counties and individual businesses can have stricter rules.
