The City Of Santa Cruz may face fines for not having put together a required management plan. For years the California Coastal Commission has demanded the city have a management plan for the erosion that’s been taking place along West Cliff Drive. Now things have come to a head, and if the city isn’t at least working on putting together a plan within the month, the commission’s enforcement unit is expected to step in.
