a date has been set for the trial of a hollister woman accused of shooting and killing her 19-month old daughter in 2008. the trial was postponed after busch was found mentally unfit for trial. after a 9-month stay at patton state hospital, she was deemed fit for trial. the trial is slated for november 28th, busch is due back in court for a pretrial conference on july 29th, where she is expected to change her plea to not guilty by reason of insanity.
