A man was injured after being struck by a santa cruz metro bus this afternoon in watsonville. Watsonville police officers responded to the 1:10 pm- incident at 475 rodriguez street, after receiving the report. The victim was treated at the scene, before being taken to a local hospital, and then air-lifted to an out-of county trauma center. Authorities are investigating whether the driver of the bus will face charges. The driver and passengers on the bus were not injured.
