The suspension of burn season has been lifted for three bay area counties. Cal Fire is citing recent rains as the reason for now allowing burns in San Mateo, San Francisco, and Santa Cruz counties. To obtain burn permits and for permissible burn days, residents are advised to contact their local Cal Fire office.
