Caltrans is announcing that the full overnight closures of highway 9 are coming to and end. Beginning at 6 a.m. on Monday full closures of Highway 9 in Brookdale will conclude. The area will still be subject to traffic delays as repairs to the Brookdale Slipout continue, The project is expected to be completed in December.
