the tesla driver convicted of killing a bicyclist on highway 1, has been sentenced. 63 year old navindra kumar jain pled no-contest to misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in may, after falling asleep behind the wheel of his tesla and hitting 40 year old joshua alper on highway 1 in november. on friday a santa cruz county judge sentenced jain to 2-hundred and 60 days in jail.
