The body of a missing U.C. – Santa Cruz student, who had been living at home in Fremont, has been found. 19 year-old Atharva Chinchwadkar’s body was found in his wrecked car that was upside down, 100 feet down into a canyon between the cities of Fremont and Sunol. He was reported missing February 21st, after he told his family he was going to go get dog food and never returned.
Anyone with information about the crash is encouraged to contact the Dublin office of the California Highway Patrol.
