A man found dead near the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf over the weekend has been identified. Authorities say the body of 31-year Ryan Kim from San Jose was found floating in the water at about 1 p.m Saturday. Kim was reported missing on Friday. No foul play is suspected meanwhile, the cause of death is still being investigated.
