A key public hearing is slated to be held next week, regarding a bill that would ban the sale of all flavored tobacco products in California. SB-38 is slated to be heard Monday, by the legislature’s Joint Health Committee. 9 state senators, and 9 assemblymen, co-authored the bill, that was drafted because of reports of a sharp increase in teen vaping.
