After having to gut out, and renovate, 14 rooms (that were hit by the February mudslide), the Big Sur River Inn has now completely re-opened. New flooring, furniture, and interior walls had to be replaced after varying depths of mud and dirt got into the rooms. The first guests in the renovated rooms came in over the weekend…..after having booked the rooms before the mudslide ever occurred. All in all, the Big Sur River Inn has 22 rooms.
