the southbound lanes of highway 101 were closed near echo valley road last night after a big rig crashed into the center divide and spilled fuel on the roadway. the just before 9 p.m. accident caused traffic to be backed up to san juan road for at least 2 hours. one lane was reopened at 11:30 p.m. no one was injured in the accident.
