Big  Basin  Redwoods  State Park  is  expected  to re-open  Thursday  morning.    That  after   it  was closed  due  to  storm  damage  yesterday.     Once  re-opened,  hikers  are  warned  that  trail  conditions  can  change  rapidly,  especially  while  it’s  raining.
