IN THE CRIMINAL CASE, JAIN (WHO HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH MISDEMEANOR VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER) FACES 1 YEAR IN JAIL IF HE IS CONVICTED IN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT.
