3 gang members from Bakersfield have been arrested in connection with the Sunday robbery of a Verizon Store in Salinas. 2 of the 3 are believed to have robbed the store, and the lone employee there, at what was initially believed to be knifepoint. The suspects then fled to a getaway car. When the car was spotted and searched a short time later, nearly $16,000 worth of new cell phones were found, along with the missing cash from the register. The 3 Bakersfield gang members were booked into Monterey County Jail.
