A Boulder Creek man has been charged for starting the Bear Fire. 54 year old Marlon Coy was already in custody for burglary and looting when he was re-arrested last week and charged with multiple counts of arson including with causing great bodily injury in connection with the 13 fire fighters injured while battling the blaze. 3 of the fire fighter are in serious condition.
