A Boulder Creek man pleaded no contest yesterday to felony charges child endangerment after throwing a 22-month old child out of a car window in April. 24-year old Erik Rebert Johnston faces those, as well as related charges, after throwing the child out of Volkswagen Beetle near Riverdale Boulevard in Boulder Creek on April 1st. Johnston is expected to be sentenced in December to no more than 10 years in prison, meanwhile the child suffered minor injuries and has recovered.
