Prosecutors in monterey county concluded their case thursday, against a man accused of trying to sell his baby for 25-dollars. Patrick fousek allegedly offered the baby to multiple people, in front of the salinas walmart, in june, 2010. Fousek is fighting the charges, and his defense is set to begin friday. the baby’s mother pleaded “no contest” to felony child endangerment earlier this year, and was given probation.
