A couple of hummingbirds, that were recently blown out of their nest by the high winds, are being cared for at the S-P-C-A For Monterey County. The baby hummingbirds are each about the size of a jelly bean, and they’re being raised alongside other dove and pigeon nestlings.
People are encouraged to call the S.P.C.A. if they see a nest (or a baby bird) on the ground.
