The price of an existing home fell 1-point-five percent from last July… while the median sale price dropped one-point-two percent to 875-thousand dollars… according to data from “corelogic”
Analysts say home prices in the bay area hit a plateau in 2019, making it more of a buyer’s market. In Santa Clara County, the median price fell three-point-nine percent to one-point 23-million dollars.
