salinas police arrested 5 teenagers yesterday on suspicion of auto theft. the juveniles were found in a nissan sentra that was reported stolen. three 16 year old boys, including the alleged driver, were booked into juvenile hall on charges of auto theft and possession of burglary tools. a 15 year old boy and a 14 year old girl were released without charges.
