(07:15) Hollister – An arrest warrant has been issued for an inmate who walked away from Hazel Hawkins Hospital, in Hollister, yesterday afternoon. 34-year-old David Lopez was on an emergency medical pass from the courts, and failed to report to law enforcement after he was discharged from the hospital. Anyone with information on Lopez’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact authorities.
