(10:24) LOS LOMAS- The C-H-P is investigating a fatal traffic accident that took place south of Watsonville, Saturday night. Investigators say that at around 6 p.m. a 21 year old male driver went off an embankment on Hall Road near Los Lomas. The vehicle flipped and an 18 year old female passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, who was arrested on suspicion of DUI was taken to an area trauma center.
