(11:48) SANTA CRUZ- A Live Oak resident detained a car burglar until deputies arrived last week. Shortly after 9:30 p.m., on Wednesday a man looked out his window and saw a thief stealing an iPod and change out of his car. The man confronted 25 year old Logan Williams and held him on the ground until officers arrived. A search of Williams uncovered a stolen credit card from a different burglary, as well as methamphetamine. Williams was arrested and booked into County Jail.
