(17:39) SACRAMENTO- Governor Jerry Brown signed a bill that makes manufacturing dangerous drugs a more serious offense. On Friday the Governor signed SB 212 which specifically codifies butane hash oil and methamphetamine production near occupied structures as aggravated felonies. The law goes into effect next January.
