A teen was shot and killed today in Salinas. That shooting took place on the 11-hundred block of C Street just before 1 p-m. The 17 year-old and a friend were standing outside a residence, when 2 people approached them, pulled out handguns, and stated shooting. The shooter’s were described as Hispanic men in their early 20’s, who were wearing dark clothing. They may have left the scene of today’s shooting in a silver or white 4-door compact sedan.
