(07:23) SANTA CRUZ – Police closed off a Santa Cruz neighborhood Wednesday night to investigate a case of domestic violence. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. on Hebard Avenue between Almar and Fair avenues. A series of reverse 911 calls were made advising residents to stay in their homes. Officers eventually detained a male suspect and cleared the area. The investigation is ongoing. (S.G.)
