(07:39) WATSONVILLE – A Watsonville man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. 22-year-old Jose Carlos Flores is suspected of fatally stabbing 26-year-old Pedro Gaspar in Oxnard in March 2013. Flores fled Ventura County and was recently found living and working in Watsonville. He remains in Santa Cruz County Jail in lieu of $1 million bail. He will be transported to Ventura County to face charges. (S.G.)
