(08:00) SALINAS – A mobile scan survey is expected to cause traffic delays on Highway 101 in Salinas Wednesday and Thursday. A survey team will briefly close on and off ramps from the Airport Boulevard overcrossing to just north of Boronda Road. The work will be conducted between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Motorists can expect delays of up to 10 minutes. (S.G.)
