(09:47) SCOTTS VALLEY – A new recycled water fill-up station has opened in Scotts Valley. The station will provide residents free access to 250 gallons of water per day to be used for residential landscaping. It is located behind the Scotts Valley Library and will be open Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3 to 7 p.m. The station will also be open Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The fill-up station is believed to be the first of its kind in the tri-county area.
