(10:20) Santa Cruz County – Court Appointed Special Advocates of Santa Cruz County announced on Tuesday it received 2 grants. The Monterey Peninsula Foundation issued CASA a $100,000 two-year grant and Community Foundation Santa Cruz County issued a $25,000 grant. The funds will support CASA’s Birth to 5 Program, a new program to support the connection between the youngest children in foster care and their caregivers.
