(08:22) SANTA CRUZ – A water main replacement project is expected to impact parking and traffic in Santa Cruz this week. Beginning Monday, crews will be conducting disinfection flushing on a water main on Soquel Avenue between Morrissey Boulevard and Branciforte Avenue. Traffic controls will be in place between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. The project is expected to be completed by Wednesday. (S.G.)
