(11:49) MONTEREY – A neighborhood improvement project is expected to cause parking and traffic delays this week in Monterey. Major construction on Eddie Burns Lane begins today and is expected to last 60 days. This project includes the installation of a concrete gutter along the east side, re-grading certain sections of the west side, and reconstruction of catch basins, storm drains, and conform paving. Most residents will need to park their vehicles on other streets during the construction, which may impact parking on surrounding streets.
