(09:16) SANTA CRUZ – The Santa Cruz Teen Center is holding an event this week. Every year, the center distributes surplus bicycles from the city’s police department to local youth, ages 18 and younger. Any youth in need of a bike must come to the center with a parent or guardian. The event will be held Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Louden Nelson Center. (S.G.)
