(7:00) Santa Cruz – A standoff ended after a suspect surrendered to officers. 30-year-old Marcus Lankford was accused of attacking a woman in Soquel near Winkle Farm Park. Officers arrived and found Lankford in his vehicle and refused orders to get out. He eventually surrendered and was arrested.
