(08:45) Salinas – Salinas Police are investigating a shooting that resulted in a death. 27-year-old Eber Ruiz was found shot in his car Monday near East Lake and Bridge Street, making this the 24th homicide of the year. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police.
